Practice 4 times per week, typically Monday – Thursday, will also include weekend practices on non-game weekends.

• U13 & U14 teams:  2 GA Regional Showcase Events (Fall/Winter 2022 & Spring 2023) + 1 other Showcase
• U15 – U17 teams:   2 GA National Showcase Events (Winter 2022 & Summer 2023) + 1 other Showcases
• U19 team: 1 GA National Showcase Event (Winter 2022) + 2 other Showcases.
