Travel Soccer Sick Child in need

To All our PBG Predators Families,

Learning that a child is very sick is a parent’s worst nightmare.  Often we pass over the complaints of aches and pains, as growing pains of childhood.  Unfortunately, we have a family that is currently dealing with the reality of this.  The Perrone family has been part of the PBGYAA since 2016.

Recently, after complaining of hip pain, Luna Perrone, a sweet 9 year old girl, who is smart, funny, a soccer rock star, and on the exterior seems a 100% healthy, was diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma, a rare and aggressive form of bone cancer.  The tumor is wrapped around her pelvis, and currently is too large to be removed.

Luna and her family are actively involved in her (and her siblings) love of soccer, softball and baseball.  All four of the Perrone children play soccer in the PGBYAA Palm Beach Gardens Predators Soccer program.  Luna is a member of the Predators U11 Girls Elite travel team.  Luna and her sisters also play in our recreation Softball program, and her brother in our Baseball program.

The PBGYAA's commitment to caring for the children and families of our organization never ceases.  The Soccer Division along with the PBGYAA will be making a donation to the fund to help support the family.  We are asking for your generosity in donating to the Go Fund Me campaign set up by the PBGYAA on behalf of Luna and the Perrone family.  Please help Luna beat her toughest competitor!
